Power Energy Multi™ is a science based, unique blend of 26 nutrients including 50 mg of COQ10, the energy nutrient, in a capsule form.* It is extremely unique to and COQ10 in a multi-vitamin. When looking at a multi vitamin, go directly to the B-vitamins and see which form of the B-vitamins the company is using. Often times, this is where companies will use the cheap, less absorbable forms of the B-vitamins.
